Depending on account size and frequency of service we offer monthly management updates or we offer in-person monthly quality control checks to ensure client satisfaction. We only use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products and materials for professional cleaning results along with state of the art cleaning equipment.

Site survey and Proposal

We will perform an onsite survey to ascertain your cleaning requirements and send a proposal within one business day.

Mobilisation

After agreement of the terms and conditions we can typically start work within two days.*

* Because the work we do depends on the state of the floor and your requirements, it varies from one project to another. However, our general process consists of the following:

Stripping off old finish using a combination of high-quality cleaning emulsifiers and both manual and machine scrubbing
Wet-vacuuming to remove the remainder of the old finish
Application of the new floor finish (waxing)
